Would I just need a bachelors degree with [creative] Writing as my major and a teaching license?

Unless you get a very exceptional school, you’d probably have to teach English in general in addition to CW, or other subjects.

You’ll need a teaching license, which you would get by getting a BA or MA in Education or emphasis in education as deemed by the state in which you want to teach, and to take additional classes- not just CW- in the English department. You’ll have to take children’s or young adult literature and LOTS of literature courses to teach English.
