What could I do if I got a master’s in creative writing?
I’m interested in getting a master’s in Creative writing if I decide to go to graduate school. Does anyone know what I would be doing with a Creative Writing masters degree. I mean what professions would be up my alley?
MFA/ PHD in Creative Writing?
Has anyone does this, or in the process of it? How long does it take? I was looking at SF state which considers the MFA to be a terminal degree.
Did you get your masters degree first, or just go right into the program with your BA? What do you plan on doing after you graduate or if you have earned your PHD in Creative Writing, what do you do?
What are your views of the Creative Writing major?
I want to be a writer, but will teach either college or high school until I can get on my feet, I am considering majoring in Creative Writing in college for a BFA… what are the benefits of a degree in Creative Writing. Should I just major in English since’d be easier to find a job and then get my masters degree in Creative Writing?
