What’s a good creative wirting online course?
Hey… I am a future senior and I would like to become a writer… For this summer, I would like to do something useful. Do you know any creative writing online course that can help? Oh! it would be better if the course has a teacher and classmates(likewise). It doesnt have to be free, I’m willing to pay if needed.
Where can I find a free online creative writing course?
I already published a poetry book last year/ and I’m working on publishing my novel. I never took any creative writing courses because they were always in the evening and I don’t have a car. Please someone help!!! I intend on sharing my talent and passion with the world and or those who will like it.
what kinds of things would you like to see addressed in your Freshman-Sophomore creative writing classes?
I am finishing my master’s degree in English-Creative Writing. I am developing a class outline for 300 level creative writing class (freshman-sophomore). As high school and college students, what are some things you would want in a CW class? Thanks.
Taking a year to write vs. pursuing an MFA in Writing. Are you a writer? Could you give some advise please?
I am about to graduate college, having earned a Bachelor’s in English - Professional Writing. I plan on teaching high school english eventually, but I want to give myself a chance to spend my time focusing on writing for at least a year. I plan on waitressing for a year to support myself while I write. I have considered pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing, but that comes with a great expense financially.
I’m wondering if there is anyone out there that has also done something similar. Have you taken a year to focus on your writing? How has it been for you? Do you have any advice?
